This cup is best suited to children who already handle glass cups and ceramic mugs confidently, with adult supervision.

The lid offers some help containing splashes, but the cup is not spill-proof or leakproof. Liquid can escape through the drinking and air holes if it is tipped or knocked over. Keep it upright on a stable surface.

For children, serve drinks warm rather than hot, and have an adult check the temperature before handing over the cup. Double-wall glass can make the outside feel cooler than the drink inside.
